What are the delivery times?
Our jewelry is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- France: 2 to 4 working days
- Europe: 5 to 10 working days
- Dom/Tom: 5 to 10 working days
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings are unfortunately not eligible for returns.
How do I preserve my jewelry?
- Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals.
- Store your jewelry in its pouch or box when not being worn.
- Clean them with a soft cloth to remove any marks.
Where can I track my order?
An email with a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order directly on our website by clicking on "Order Tracking" .
What should I do if my jewelry is damaged upon receipt?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the jewelry and packaging. We will do what is necessary to resolve the problem quickly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to make the change.
